Artists' terms
For artists invited to put their songs on the station. You accept these when you finish your invite; the version you accepted (2026-10-14 today) is recorded with your account.
Your songs stay yours
You keep every right to your songs, their words and pictures. You give The Savrok a free, non-exclusive permission to store them, play them on the radio and its stream, show their titles, words and pictures on the site, and have the station's host, Denny, name them and say lines about them — for as long as they are on the station, and no longer.
What you promise
- You made the song, or you have every right needed to let us play it — the music, the words, any samples and any voices.
- Nothing you upload or write breaks anybody's rights or the law, or is hateful, threatening or sexual.
- You keep your password and your authenticator to yourself. Anything done in your account is yours.
Approval and removal
A new song, or new audio on a song, may wait for the station to hear it before it plays. The station can decline a song or take one down at any time, with or without a reason. You can take any of your songs down yourself, at any time, from your page; to have your account and everything in it removed, write to admin-privacy@thesavrok.com. Copies in the backups expire within a month.
Your character
If you write a character sheet for the Vale, it is read before it is used, and you can opt out of being written about at any time; the station then only names your songs.
No payment, no promises
The station is free and pays nobody, including you. It promises no number of plays and may stop. Your numbers on your page are counts the station keeps, offered as they are.
Changes
If these terms change, your page on the station will say so, with a link to the new version, before it applies to you.
Last changed 14 October 2026.
