Copyright and takedowns

If something on The Savrok uses your work without permission, tell us and it comes down while we look.

To report something

Write to admin-privacy@thesavrok.com with:

1. the work you own, and where it can be found;
2. the address on this site of the thing you say copies it;
3. your name and how to reach you;
4. a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by you, your agent or the law, and that the information you gave is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you own the work or may act for whoever does;
5. your signature, typed is fine.

We take the thing down promptly, usually within two days, and tell whoever put it there.

If your song was taken down

If you uploaded it and believe the report is a mistake, write back with the same details and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe it was removed by mistake. Unless the reporter tells us they have gone to court, the song can go back up after ten to fourteen working days.

Repeat problems

An artist whose songs are the subject of repeated valid reports loses their place on the station.
