The work
The songs, words, stories, pictures, characters, voices and software on this site belong to their makers — The Savrok, and, for an artist's songs on the radio, that artist. You are welcome to listen, read, play, color and share links. You may not copy, re-upload, sell or train software on them without permission. The coloring pages you print for yourself are yours to color.
What you write here
The guestbook and the Gate's Scratchings publish what you write straight away. Keep it to things you would say out loud to a stranger: nothing hateful, nothing threatening, nothing that is somebody else's private information, nothing illegal, and no advertising. A language filter stands in front of both, and anything that gets past it can be removed, and an address that keeps doing it can be blocked, without notice. You keep the rights to your own words; by posting them you let the site show them.
Playing fair
Don't try to break into the parts of the site that need a key or a sign-in, flood it with requests, scrape it, or get around its limits. The Gate is a game: guess, play, explore — but through the box, not around it. If you find a real hole, please tell us instead; the privacy page says how.
The site as it is
The site is offered as it is, free, by one person. It may change, pause or close, the radio may go quiet, and a game may lose a score. We are not responsible for anything that happens because of using it, beyond what the law says we cannot exclude.
Shopping
The coloring books are sold through Etsy and Amazon, under their terms, not here.
