The story
There is a carnival arch at the end of an ordinary street. It has thirteen bulbs along the top, and not all of them burn.
One third of October, the sweet candies caught the Black Licorice King and shut him away for eternity. Then they put up the lights and opened a carnival.
The taffy twins, Poppy and Pippy, greet you at the gate. Everything they say is true, they say. Every song here is somebody you will meet inside.

The carnival is still setting up.
